Champagne FREREJEAN FRERES Dinner
Thursday July 11, 2019 | The Frèrejean-Taittinger brothers, Guillaume, Richard and Rodolphe, grew up riding their bikes through the Grand Cru village of Avize, nestled between rolling hills of Côte des Blancs Champagne vines.
They began making Champagne for friends and family. Word spread, and they went into business in 2005. Their approach to Champagne respects the family heritage and traditional methods, resulting in complex and elegant wines produced in Premier Cru and Grand Cru only.
Join Richard Frèrejean Taittinger, and your host, Georgette, for a summer Champagne tasting dinner. The four course menu includes Rotisserie Georgette favorites such as tomato and goat cheese tart, whole roasted Faroe Island salmon, peach galette with jasmine-honey ice cream and more.
