Our cooking is almost entirely gluten free, not because we set out to create a gluten-free restaurant, but rather because all our rotisserie specialties from whole roasted fish to poultry, lamb and beef are all simply seasoned and roasted over open flames, with sauces and garnishes all served on the side. There just isn’t much place to add any gluten, even if we wanted to. Our salads and other fresh vegetables vary with the seasons and are also primarily gluten free.
